Job purpose:

  1. Coaching & Session Delivery


• Deliver high-quality group training sessions following the club's methodology and programming.


• Ensure every member receives proper attention, correction, and motivation.


• Demonstrate exercises clearly with proper technique and progressions/regressions.


• Maintain high energy, engagement, and a positive coaching all the time.

  1. Member Experience & Community Building


• Greet members warmly and create a welcoming, inclusive environment.


• Memorize names, track progress, and build personal connections with the members.


• Encourage consistency, celebrate wins, and support members through challenges.


• Handle member concerns professionally and escalate when needed.

  1. Safety & Professional Standards


• Monitor form and movement quality at all times to reduce risk of injury.


• Apply club safety protocols and immediately address unsafe behavior or equipment misuse.


• Keep certifications up to date and maintain a professional appearance.

  1. Facility Care & Equipment Management


• Arrive early to prepare the training space and equipment.


• Ensure proper cleanup and organization after every session.


• Report damaged or missing equipment to the head coach/gym manager.

  1. Communication & Team Culture


• Attend weekly team meetings and coaching development workshops.


• Communicate clearly with the head coach regarding needs, issues, and updates.


• Support a positive, ego-free, team-oriented environment.

  1. Programming & Continuous Learning


• Follow the provided programs with consistency while adding coaching cues and creativity.


• Give feedback on programming effectiveness and member response.


• Stay committed to ongoing education in fitness, performance, and coaching skills.

  1. Member Management & Administration


• Track session attendance and member engagement when required.


• Assist with assessments, progress check-ins, and onboarding new members.


• Support events, challenges, workshops, and community activities.

  1. Brand Representation


• Represent the gym's values inside and outside sessions.


• Uphold the culture of performance, safety, positivity, and growth.


• Support social media by participating in content when asked (optional but recommended).

Qualifications:


• 1–3 years of experience in
functional training, strength & conditioning, or small-group coaching
.


• Background in
athletics, sports performance, kinesiology, or physical education
.


• Experience in
community-building
, client retention, or member engagement.


• Comfort participating in or supporting
social media content
(photos, videos, tips, etc.).
