ITXPROS is hiring a Sales Manager to lead daily sales activities

Our in-house team of dentists brings over 25 years of combined experience in implants and guided surgery. We partner closely with dental practices and dental labs to provide precise implant treatment planning, unique surgical guides for simple cases, and state-of-the-art stackable surgical guides for advanced "Teeth in a Day" procedures.
Headquartered in the United States and operating from Cairo, Egypt, ITXPROS specializes in digital implant planning and CAD/CAM design, helping dentists and labs achieve accuracy, predictability, and outstanding clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, the primary goal and key success measure for this role.
• Oversee daily sales operations and ensure consistent performance across the team.
• Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and action items to drive sustainable growth.
• Produce accurate and timely sales reports, analyze KPIs, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.
• Continuously track individual and team performance to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and training needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to enhance their skills, confidence, and productivity.
• Foster a positive, motivated, and accountable team culture, ensuring open communication and mutual trust.
• Handle challenges and conflicts decisively and fairly, maintaining team harmony and focus.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to align sales direction with the company's goals and market potential.
• Contribute strategic ideas that enhance sales effectiveness, client relationships, and market competitiveness.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience (5+ years) in managing and developing sales teams, preferably as a Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving consistent revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, assertive decision-maker, especially in challenging or high-pressure situations.
• Strong understanding of what drives younger professionals and how to keep them engaged and productive.
