Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handling day-to-day tasks requested by management.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff, ensuring efficient office operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory at the reception area.
Qualifications & Skills:
- University graduate.
- 3+ Years of Proven experience as a receptionist
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
