Key Responsibilities:

Expected salary: 27,000 to 29,000

  • Prepare the preliminary financial statements for the company's branches and submit them to the Finance Manager for review and approval on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Verify trial balances regularly and ensure all discrepancies are identified and resolved before the monthly closing.
  • Review accounting entries on the
    Odoo
    system and audit purchase, expense, and bank accounts.
  • Ensure proper recording of fixed assets transactions and monitor depreciation according to the Odoo system.
  • Handle all tax-related processes and submit tax returns on time across various tax platforms.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and issue cash flow and financial performance reports for all branches.
  • Prepare sales incentives, commissions, and sales team statements for review and approval by the General Manager.
  • Manage client and supplier accounts and resolve any financial issues, including in emergency cases.
  • Prepare daily collection reports and ensure proper tracking of incoming payments.
  • Follow up on monthly and annual receivables and payables reports and keep them updated continuously.
  • Participate in annual closing procedures and coordinate with external auditors regarding the review and approval of financial statements.
  • Manage inventory levels through the Odoo system on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Prepare detailed and summary reports for purchases, sales, and expenses on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate with other departments to deliver required reports and submit them to the Finance Manager for approval.
