Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in 6th of October with some flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with teams to develop strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating client contracts, and monitoring industry trends to inform business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and business analytics tools
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic work environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the software or IT industry is a plus
