Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
    end-to-end recruitment process
    , from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through
    field sourcing
    for blue-collar roles.
  • Conduct
    screening calls, interviews, and assessments
    to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
  • Maintain and update the
    candidate database
    and recruitment reports.
  • Participate in
    career fairs and recruitment events
    to enhance employer branding.
  • Ensure all hiring activities align with company policies and labor laws.
  • Support in developing and improving
    recruitment strategies and tools
    to attract top talent.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    .
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience
    in recruitment (preferably in
    manufacturing or industrial sectors
    ).
  • Experience hiring both
    blue-collar and white-collar positions
    .
  • Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
    and recruitment platforms .
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused mindset.
