Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Napco Pharma, located in the 10th of Ramadan. The Senior HR Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, providing support for personnel management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role involves fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee relations issues, and contributing to talent acquisition and retention strategies.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including workforce planning and organizational development
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and ability to design, implement, and enforce them effectively
  • Experience in Employee Benefits administration and personnel management
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with employment laws and labor practices in Egypt
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
