Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement the
    group-wide recruitment strategy
    aligned with corporate objectives and workforce plans.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for local and international positions across various departments and subsidiaries.
  • Forecast hiring needs and define key talent priorities to support business growth.

Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence

  • Oversee the
    sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
    process for all roles up to senior management.
  • Ensure
    recruitment KPIs
    (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire) are tracked, analyzed, and continuously improved.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of
    SAP SuccessFactors / ATS systems
    to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Build and promote the company's
    employer brand
    through digital platforms, career events, and university partnerships.
  • Establish a
    proactive talent pipeline
    for critical roles and future expansions in Egypt and GCC markets.
  • Develop internship and graduate programs to attract young talent.

Stakeholder Management & Compliance

  • Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and advise on best hiring practices.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Manage relationships with
    external recruitment agencies and job platforms
    .

Continuous Improvement & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Implement
    continuous improvement initiatives
    to strengthen recruitment processes and candidate engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience
    in recruitment, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role within FMCG, manufacturing, or large group structures.
  • Strong knowledge of
    end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and talent assessment methodologies
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS/HRMS
    is a
    must
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and regional recruitment dynamics (GCC and MENA).
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
