⁦Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for Supervising the implementation and development of the talent acquisition process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and Offering. to achieve the company's strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the preparation of the activity budget and adherence to the planned items by the company's strategic objectives.
  • Participate in developing and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage end-to-end TA process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and Offering for local and global hiring of the commercial sector in the company.
  • Lead and develop the talent acquisition team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and meet business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies to maintain a robust talent pipeline,
  • Lead training and implementation of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for streamlined processes.
  • Design and execute selection processes for senior positions, including selection and offering.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to make the company the first choice in the market.
  • Serve as point of contact for HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 5-8 Years of experience.
  • Previous experience in regional hiring experience.
  • Previous experience in Tech recruiting will be an advantage.
  • proficiency in English language.
  • Leadership Skills.
  • Expertise in recruitment tools, ATS, and social media recruiting.
