Human Resources Generalist - Cement Products Factories

Group Description

Brick maker Group for cement products started its journey in January 2010 as a specialized supplier of building materials. The group quickly established strong relationships with major construction and real estate development companies in Egypt and became a successful partner in leading real estate projects due to its ability to meet customers' needs in a timely manner.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: drafting job descriptions, posting ads, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Help develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.

Personnel & Employee Relations:

  • Handle administrative procedures related to employees (contracts, files, leaves, and exits).
  • Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies.

Learning & Development (L&D):

  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating workshops or development programs for staff.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • All payroll operations (in coordination with Finance) and manage employee benefit programs.

Performance Management:

  • Support and implement the performance appraisal and management system.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of
    three years
    of experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and the full employee lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both
    Arabic and English
    .
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with high integrity and professionalism.
  • "Working from the Industrial Zone in Askar, Es-Saff, Giza Governorate (Nazlet El-Wedy exit via the Eastern Desert Army Free Road) is a mandatory requirement."

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

  • جذب واستقطاب المواهب:
  • إ
    دارة عمليات التوظيف الشاملة (كتابة الأوصاف الوظيفية، نشر الإعلانات، تصفية السير الذاتية، وإجراء المقابلات).
  • تطوير استراتيجيات فعالة لجذب الكفاءات التي تتماشى مع رؤية بريك ميكر.
  • شؤون الموظفين والعلاقات الحكومية:
  • متابعة كافة الإجراءات الإدارية (العقود، ملفات الموظفين، الإجازات، والتسويات).
  • ضمان الامتثال الكامل لقوانين العمل المحلية والسياسات الداخلية للشركة.
  • التدريب والتطوير:
  • المساعدة في تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية وتنسيق البرامج لتطوير مهارات الفريق.
  • التعويضات والمزايا:
  • إدارة المرتبات بالكامل وضمان دقة التعويضات والمزايا المقدمة للموظفين.
  • إدارة الأداء:
  • المساهمة في تنفيذ وتطوير نظم تقييم الأداء السنوية والدورية.

المتطلبات والمؤهلات:

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية، إدارة الأعمال، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة عمل لا تقل عن
    ثلاثة سنوات
    في مجال الموارد البشرية.
  • إلمام تام بأنظمة وإجراءات الموارد البشرية وقوانين العمل.
  • إجادة استخدام برامج (MS Office) وأنظمة .(HRIS)
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين
    العربية والإنجليزية
    .
  • التمتع بمهارات تنظيمية عالية والقدرة على التعامل مع المعلومات الحساسة بسرية تامة.
  • العمل من المنطقة الصناعية بأسكر مدينة الصف محافظة الجيزة نزلة الودي من طريق الجيش الصحراوي الشرقي الحر شرط أساسي.
