Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international customers, provide information about products and services, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include documenting customer interactions and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Previous Sales Experience is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain Customer Satisfaction and resolve issues effectively
  • Proficient Interpersonal Skills to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
  • Basic Computer Literacy skills for navigating software systems and entering data efficiently
  • Active listening abilities and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members effectively
