Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Giza for a Call Center Agent. The Call Center Agent will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, address inquiries, and provide effective solutions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, offering support, and documenting interactions accurately and efficiently. The agent will serve as a critical point of contact to ensure excellent customer experiences while adhering to company protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including the use of communication and support software
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities
  • Flexibility and problem-solving skills to manage challenging customer situations
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer-focused role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is beneficial
