a self-motivated and results-oriented
Telesales Agent

to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will be contributing to VoM's growth by engaging potential customers, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and strategic networking
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs, and present VoM's solutions clearly and effectively
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent initial support
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth transitions to client onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
  • Execute consistent follow-up strategies to develop leads and maximize conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance processes and improve the overall customer experience
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques and the complete sales cycle
  • Excellent qualified lead generation skills
  • Strong skills in identifying client business needs and matching them with VoM software solutions
  • Confidence in making high-volume outbound calls with persistent, professional follow-up
  • Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals
  • Knowledge in using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine customer-focused approach
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets

  • Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Background in B2B software sales, particularly selling to SMEs (small & medium businesses)
  • Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market
  • Experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) or cloud-based software platforms
  • Accounting background
