Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Call Center Agent based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Call Center Agent will manage customer inquiries, provide information about clinic services, ensure customer satisfaction, schedule and confirm appointments, and address customer concerns promptly and professionally. The agent will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions and leveraging interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional support.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in customer service, customer satisfaction, and customer support
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including scheduling software and CRM systems
  • Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or wellness service environment is a plus
