Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Customer Service Representatives, based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include assisting customers, addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality service. Additionally, you will prioritize providing an excellent customer experience while collaborating with team members to meet service objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Representatives roles
  • Proven experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing the Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and maintain consistent performance
  • Proficiency in English is a Must
  • Basic technical skills to manage customer service systems
  • Prior experience in a customer service or BPO environment is advantageous
