Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist, located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Customer Service Specialist will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support via phone and other communication channels, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience. The role requires proactive communication and a commitment to resolving customer needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional communication
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is an advantage
