Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative, based in Alexandria, Egypt, with flexibility to work partially from home. The role requires providing exceptional support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing inquiries via various communication channels. A key part of the role includes resolving issues, managing requests, and maintaining positive customer experiences. Representatives are expected to contribute to fostering long-term relationships with customers and delivering remarkable service tailored to their needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in managing Customer Experience with a focus on building trust and rapport
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required; additional language skills are a plus
- Prior experience in the digital marketing industry is an advantage
