Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Alexandria, Egypt. The role involves handling day-to-day interactions with customers, providing outstanding customer support, and addressing inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities also include resolving issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating customer concerns to appropriate departments. The candidate will work closely with a team to deliver efficient and tailored solutions through various communication channels.

Qualifications

-Strong abilities in Customer Service and Customer Support

-Experience as Customer/technical support

-Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and maintaining professionalism

-Proficiency in English

-Familiarity with CRM software and technology-driven tools is beneficial

-Ability to work on-site
