Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, resolving issues, processing orders, and documenting customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative and operational activities between the Sales, Technical Support, and After-Sales teams.
  • Distribute and monitor daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow and accountability.
  • Handle and resolve issues raised between the Sales team and customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure all departments meet operational goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor overall team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support cross-functional communication and streamline internal processes.
  • Provide reports and insights to senior management on operational performance and challenges.
  • Participate in developing and implementing policies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth project handovers and successful client delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Operations Management, preferably in the IT, software, or healthcare technology industry.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and sales processes.
