Position Overview
The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing the customer relationship management systems used across the company's in-house products. This role focuses on improving customer experience, increasing retention, and ensuring seamless customer communication by leveraging CRM data, automation, and insights. The CRM Specialist will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams to design and execute CRM strategies that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Set up automated workflows, email sequences, and segmentation rules to support product engagement and reactivation.
- Analyze customer behavior, usage metrics, and feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to optimize customer journeys and onboarding flows.
- Collaborate with Customer Support and Sales to streamline communication and improve client experience.
- Generate detailed CRM reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management.
- Ensure data hygiene by monitoring duplicates, incomplete information, and data integrity issues.
- Conduct regular audits, testing, and updates to ensure CRM system efficiency.
- Identify CRM-related gaps and propose solutions that improve workflow and customer touchpoints.
- Support integration between CRM and other systems (marketing automation, customer support tools, billing, etc.).
- Train team members on CRM best practices and new features.
- Stay updated on CRM trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the company's product ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a CRM Specialist, CRM Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo, or similar platforms.
- Experience in customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and automation workflows.
- Solid analytical skills with experience in data reporting and visualization.
- Familiarity with API integrations and system connectivity (preferred).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organization.
