Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Procurement Specialist, located in Heliopolis. The Sr. Procurement Specialist will manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including creating and processing purchase orders, conducting supplier evaluations, and negotiating contracts. Responsibilities also include performing market analysis, improving procurement strategies, and ensuring optimal terms for pricing, quality, and delivery. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to achieve cost-effective and timely procurement solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing the subcontracts logs to record all the transactions of subcontracts.
  • Reviewing, editing & Aligning the Oracle reports to ensure the compliance with the subcontracts logs in term of the ceiling of the variations & the repeated contracts in order to ensure the accuracy of the monthly reports.
  • Following the SOA (subcontract oracle approval cycle) for the contracts with all the concerned parties to ensure approving the contracts according to the agreed SLA.
  • Preparing, submitting and following up the bi-annually subcontractors' evaluation with the operations & procurement manager.
  • Updating the subcontractor's data base according to the biannually evaluation.
  • Auditing and reviewing the official signature of the subcontractors on the contract's hard copies for all the contracts in order to ensure the legal signatories on all the contracts.
  • Collecting the signed contracts from the engineers in order to get them registered in the logs, signed by the procurement manager and deliver them to the SRM.
  • Following up the releasing down payment requests between the subcontract's engineers and the procurement manager.
  • Following up the down payment cancellation notification and the resubmission between the finance and the subcontract department.
