Foreign Procurement Officer

Purpose:

To source, negotiate, and manage purchases from foreign suppliers, ensuring smooth importation, documentation, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:


• Communicate directly with international manufacturers and agents.


• Obtain and compare proforma invoices and quotations.


• Coordinate with finance for L/C opening or transfer payments.


• Follow up production, shipment, and customs procedures.


• Maintain strong supplier relationships for long-term cooperation.


• Handle all related correspondence and documentation in English.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or International Trade.


• At least 3 years of foreign purchasing experience.


• Deep knowledge of import regulations and trade documentation.


• Excellent command of English for correspondence and negotiation.


• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
