Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and communicating effectively with potential and existing clients. This role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the company's regional presence.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support decision-making and business planning.
- Develop and nurture strong partnerships with clients, ensuring excellent communication and service.
- Collaborate on business strategies and proposals to meet growth targets.
- Support contract negotiations, project coordination, and partnership development activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to optimize business operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Expertise in Lead Generation and building client relationships
- Proficiency in Market Research to gather data and support business decisions
- Customer Service skills for providing outstanding client support and managing client expectations
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
- Experience in business development or sales within the healthcare or consulting industry is a strong plus
