Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the sales pipeline. Day-to-day tasks include leading client meetings, preparing and delivering persuasive presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Senior Sales Executive will also work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting the company's diverse product portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proven experience in sales and building client relationships
  • Excellent knowledge of the industrial and commercial supply market
  • Experience in drafting and managing contracts and securing deals
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and create actionable strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the metal, wood, or safety solutions industry is preferred
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
