About the Role

Craft Logistics is seeking a high performing Senior Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets in both import and export freight forwarding.

Responsibilities:


• Identify and secure new clients in the freight forwarding sector.


• Achieve monthly TEU sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.


• Maintain and expand a strong portfolio of existing clients.


• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports and forecasts.


• Negotiate rates and service contracts with customers.


• Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams.


• Promote and upsell Craft Logistics' premium service packages.


• Stay updated on market trends, carrier rates, and trade lane opportunities.

Requirements:


• 3–5+ years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales (import & export).


• Strong client network and ability to bring new business.


• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.


• Solid understanding of global logistics, shipping lines, and air/sea freight operations.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.


• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.


• Strong command of English.
