Role Description
The Strategic Partnership Supervisor - Banking Sector will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with banking partners, ensuring strategic alignment and mutual growth opportunities. Responsibilities include planning and managing partnership initiatives, identifying collaboration opportunities, and ensuring successful execution of joint programs. The role involves analyzing financial data, devising operational strategies, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of solid experience in the banking, fintech, or financial services sector.
- Strong hands-on experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or corporate alliances.
- Deep understanding of banking products, payment ecosystems, acquiring & issuing models, and digital financial services.
- Proven track record in building, managing, and scaling partnerships with banks, PSPs, wallets, and large merchants.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and contract management skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong business communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to lead partnership initiatives end-to-end: strategy, execution, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess commercial viability and partnership ROI.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in the Egyptian banking or fintech market is a strong advantage
