Role Overview — Strategic Partnerships Manager (Hybrid · Cairo)
MindWork Solution is seeking a
senior-level Strategic Partnerships Manager
who can secure large-scale corporate training contracts and build strong business relationships with key organizations.
This is a
partner-based role
, not a salary position.
You will earn
15% of net profit
on every contract you close, with the possibility of
equity shares
for exceptional performance.
Your primary responsibility is to bring in
training contracts valued at a minimum of 500,000 EGP
from corporates, companies, and institutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Acquisition
- Identify and pursue corporate training opportunities with large organizations
- Build a solid pipeline across key industries (banking, telecom, FMCG, pharma, manufacturing, etc.)
- Meet and exceed revenue goals through high-value contract acquisition
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers
- (CEOs, HR Directors, L&D Heads, Procurement Managers)
- Position MindWork Solution as a trusted partner in corporate learning
Negotiation & Deal Closing
- Lead the full deal cycle: prospecting → needs assessment → proposal → negotiation → closing
- Prepare clear, professional proposals tailored to client requirements
- Ensure each closed contract meets the minimum value threshold of
500,000 EGP
Market Expansion
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute insights that support strategic direction
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, presentations, and discussions
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with the Founder and training teams to align solutions with client needs
- Provide accurate updates on pipelines, forecasting, and contract progress
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 7 years
of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or contract acquisition - Must have worked
inside a corporate environment for at least 1 year - Demonstrated ability to close high-value B2B contracts (500K EGP and above)
- Solid understanding of corporate procurement cycles and organizational buying behavior
Networking
- Strong professional network across corporate sectors
- Ability to reach and engage senior decision-makers independently
- Established credibility in the corporate ecosystem
Skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles
- Capable of preparing structured commercial proposals
- Business-savvy with a clear understanding of training and development services
Education
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
- MBA is a strong advantage

Language
- Fluency in English
(written and spoken) is essential - Strong professional communication skills and executive presence
Compensation & Partnership Structure
This role is
commission-only
, based on performance.
Compensation
- 15% net profit share per closed contract
- Paid upon successful execution of the project
Equity
- High performers may be offered

in MindWork Solution - All terms will be formally detailed in a legal agreement
