Strategy & Growth: Networking to Establish, nurture, and maintain strategic partnerships across all sectors and governorates, including those with fundraising institutes.Expand the network across education, vocational, industrial, and workforce sectors, all across egypt governates

Core Mission: Create tangible employment, On-Job training channels and skills-development opportunities for all beneficiaries.

Impact Focus: Drive partnerships for the wide range of all NASS services with a tangible and measurable impact .

Outreach & Promotion: Promote NASS services through regular visits, engage with employment units, and ensure the Academy presence at major industry events and conferences.

Government & Industry Relations: Build strong ties with ministries, governmental bodies, and private sector companies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience Required: 3 5 years of proven experience in partnership management, customer relationship management, industrial sector relations, social development, or workforce development.
  • Track Record: Successfully managed multi-sector partnerships and delivered impactful, results-driven projects.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, strong organizational ability, proactive mindset, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English is preferred.
