Partnerships Manager
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be
passionate about building meaningful collaborations that drive brand growth and impact,
lead the development of strategic alliances that strengthen our brand presence and create long-term value,
be responsible for
taking the lead in shaping and executing partnership strategies — from identifying potential partners and managing co-marketing campaigns, to negotiating agreements and measuring success. You'll work closely with internal teams to turn creative ideas into successful collaborations that inspire and engage audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing partnerships strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and drives brand growth. - Identify Opportunities:
Research and identify potential partners, including brands, influencers, and organizations, that align with our brand values and target audience. - Negotiation and Contracting:
Lead negotiations and secure mutually beneficial partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with business goals and legal requirements. - Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and manage co-marketing campaigns and initiatives with partners, ensuring effective collaboration and successful outcomes. - Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction. - Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership initiatives, providing regular reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI. - Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and alignment with overall marketing strategies. - Stay Updated:
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to ensure the partnership strategy remains innovative and effective.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing partnerships, business development, or a related role, with a proven track record of successful partnership management.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and partnership strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
