Role Description
This full-time, on-site Senior Sales Corporate role is located in Heliopolis. The position involves driving sales initiatives, building robust client relationships, and leading strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. The role requires delivering excellent customer service, training team members, and supervising sales operations to ensure overall team success. The Senior Sales Corporate will collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and meet client needs efficiently.

- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their insurance needs.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Training to lead business development and mentor team members.
- Experience in Sales Management to oversee team performance and implement successful strategies.
- Capability to work in a results-driven environment and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant experience in the insurance or financial industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
