The Role

We're looking for a hands-on
Chief Operating Officer
to lead Tempo's day-to-day operations across production, logistics, supply chain, and systems.

Your goal: build structure, improve efficiency, and align every department under one operating rhythm.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and scale Tempo's
    multi-country supply chain
    and outsourced production network.
  • Run
    operations, logistics, and fulfillment
    to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Oversee
    procurement, quality, and cost optimization
    across suppliers and factories.
  • Manage
    cross-border shipping and documentation
    (EUR1, ATR, ACID, EU customs).
  • Implement and optimize
    Odoo ERP
    ,
    Shopify
    , and
    3PL integrations
    for full visibility.
  • Build and lead a small but high-impact
    operations team
    .
  • Align with Finance and E-commerce to plan inventory, cash flow, and product launches.
  • Develop clear
    KPIs, dashboards, and cadence
    (weekly & monthly reviews).

What Success Looks Like

  • Operations running smoothly across Egypt / EU / USA.
  • On-time delivery (OTIF ≥ 95%) and shorter production lead times.
  • Accurate landed-cost and inventory data (≥ 98%).
  • A strong, coordinated operations team.

What We're Looking For

  • 8–12+ years
    in operations or supply-chain leadership (apparel / consumer goods preferred).
  • Experience managing
    multi-country manufacturing
    and
    3PL networks
    .
  • Proven ability to set up
    operating systems and KPIs
    (S&OP, WBR).
  • ERP / systems experience (
    Odoo, Shopify, or similar
    ).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English
