Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The CFO will oversee all financial operations of the company, including developing financial strategies, managing financial planning, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial analyses, identifying business growth opportunities, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring sound finance-related decision-making aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting to drive strategic and operational decision-making
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
  • Strong background in Finance with excellent Analytical Skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing financial operations for an organization
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA/ACCA designation is a plus)
  • Experience in the real estate or luxury property market is highly advantageous
