Role Description

This is a full-time, on-HQ role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in El Nozha. The CFO will oversee financial planning, manage financial statements, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide key insights through analysis. Responsibilities include leading the finance team, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The CFO will play a critical role in strategic decision-making to support the organization's growth and long-term goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance for strategic and operational decision-making
  • Strong experience in preparing, analyzing, and managing Financial Statements
  • Proficient in Financial Reporting and ensuring compliance with financial standards
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and forecast trends
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; an MBA or CPA qualification is a plus
  • Significant prior experience in a senior financial leadership role
