Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), based in Abo Rawash. The CTO will lead technology strategies, oversee software and product development, and manage the company's IT architecture to align with business objectives. Responsibilities include directing high-level development processes, implementing efficient IT infrastructure, and ensuring alignment with current technological innovations. The CTO will also collaborate with leadership to drive new technology-focused initiatives and supervise project execution to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Software Development and Product Development.
  • Proficiency in IT Strategy and Architecture design.
  • Strong expertise in Project Management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Experience in the construction or architectural industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
