Role Description
The Sales Engineer serves as a critical link between the company's technical solutions and its customers, ensuring that products and services meet project requirements and client expectations. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle. The Sales Engineer works closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to optimize product application, secure approvals, and enhance overall customer satisfaction while contributing to the company's revenue growth and market presence
Qualifications
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations covering the full range of products within the company's portfolio for various projects and potential leads.
- Identify and propose optimal technical solutions that meet project specifications and requirements.
- Prepare tender documents and financial proposals in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Follow up on projects from the initial stage until securing necessary approvals.
- Maintain active communication with all project stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to the supply stage.
- Coordinate with the technical support section during the supply process to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Build and maintain connections with consultants, architects, and main contractors to enhance awareness and engagement with company systems.
- Generate and update qualified leads within the company's database to support business development efforts.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through teamwork and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage and follow up on projects across the responsible territories.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
civil
or
architectural
engineering. - 3-5
experience in construction materials sector. - Experience in preparing technical presentations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Familiarity with sales processes, commercial negotiations, and account management.
- Experience in customer relationship management and handling project stakeholders.
- Knowledge of market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in reporting, data management, and tracking project/sales performance.
