Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales of the company's products and services. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting product demonstrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Meets Sales targets for the assigned market(s) through our partners and in accordance with the overall policies and objectives.

Builds sales pipeline via customer visits, site visits, training, and sales presentations.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to provide relevant insights and recommendations.

Help prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers.

Maintain a solid understanding of the company's product portfolio, including technical specifications, features, and applications.

Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including product specifications, solution designs, and proposal materials.

Support site visits and technical assessments to showcase product capabilities and gather customer feedback.

Address technical queries from clients and provide clear, accurate information about product features and benefits.

Monitor and follow up on each project delivery time.

Follow up and support the payment collection process.

Provide regular updates to the Product Sales Section Head on technical support activities, customer interactions, and feedback.

Document and report any issues or challenges encountered during the sales process to ensure timely resolution.

Provide administrative and technical support to the sales team, including organizing meetings, tracking sales activities, and managing technical resources.

Assist the sales team by providing technical information and support during the sales process.

Participate in training sessions and team meetings to develop technical and sales skills
