Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales Engineer at Phantom Smart Home. The Sales Engineer will manage technical aspects of the sales process, including product presentations, providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, and collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend solutions. In addition, the role involves assisting the sales team by addressing client inquiries, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive sales success.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Sales Engineering with a strong technical understanding of smart home systems and solutions.
  • Exceptional Communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information and collaborate across teams.
  • Proven abilities in Sales and building relationships with prospective clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong Customer Service skills to ensure quality service and support for client requirements and feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree in a communication or mechatronics engineering
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize projects effectively while meeting deadlines.
