Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Engineer will engage directly with customers to identify their technical needs, provide expert advice, and develop tailored solutions. Responsibilities include managing technical presentations, offering pre- and post-sales support, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets by identifying growth opportunities within the market.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and proven ability to translate technical information into business solutions
  • Experience providing Technical Support to clients and solving complex engineering challenges
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Background in Sales and the ability to identify and develop business opportunities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred
  • Familiarity with the tools, machinery, or equipment relevant to the industries served by EEA is an advantage
