Project Sales Engineer

Role Description
The Project Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role as Key point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing technical advice, and introducing new products, follow up customer claims and feedback to achieve the company's projects and sales targets and maximize its profits.
Qualifications
Responsible of all needed technical required by different segments.
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services; Preparation of shop drawing, technical details, BOQs, responding to technical questions, making quotations, and analyzing costs and sales.
Support on specific project to find the appropriate product.
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
Coordination with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
Submission of reports covering every visit/project to the management.
Manage the prospected accounts by conducting customer visits, enhance customer networks, build relationships, identify customer needs, offer the company products, and provide technical support to get sales inquiry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to define and refine product specifications throughout the product development lifecycle.
Perform thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements and incorporate this knowledge into product specifications.
Lead the identification and resolution of specification-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Work closely with project managers to ensure that product specifications align with project timelines and budgets.
Drive continuous improvement in product specification processes, standards, and best practices.
Review and approve changes to existing specifications, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are informed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil or architecture Engineering.
- Proven experience, with 4-5 years of experience (2 years in the
building materials
). - In-depth knowledge of
building materials
cycle. - Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Owns a car.
