Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Employee located i El Maadi. The Back Office Employee will be responsible for processing and managing tasks such as data handling, supporting customer service teams, assisting with financial documentation, and providing operational support to the sales department. The role requires maintaining efficient communication with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and administrative execution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations, including data management and administrative support
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and support operations
  • Understanding of Finance-related tasks, including basic reporting and documentation
  • Familiarity with Sales operations and the ability to collaborate with sales teams effectively
  • High attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills
  • Experience with standard office software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field is a plus
