Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Employee located in Qesm El Maadi. The Back Office Employee will be responsible for managing back office operations, supporting customer service. Daily tasks include data entry, record keeping, communication with internal departments, and resolving any operational issues that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • English B1/B2 required, proficiency in written and spoken
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Salary 11.5k Net , Medical and social insurance provided
