•Role Description:

A
full-time on-site
role in which an outstanding customer experience needs to be delivered by caring and handling the customers' inquiries via chat and tickets; providing personalized solutions and eventually achieving our problem-solving goal.


•What we are looking for:

  • English fluency is a must (B2 up to C1 Level)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Grads & Fresh grads 0nly
  • Strong Problem solving skills

  • 5 working days -
    Morning Shifts are available
  • 2 days off (Rotational)
