We're Hiring: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Assurance Manager to join our team

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the quality of operations and products, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards, documenting non-conformities, and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee and ensure quality control throughout all operational processes.


• Verify compliance with established standards and specifications.


• Identify, document, and report non-conformities.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.


• Participate in developing and improving quality assurance systems and procedures.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.


• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles.


• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
