Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Giza. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee quality assurance processes, define performance standards, conduct regular quality audits, and ensure compliance with project specifications and organizational standards. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implementing strategies to enhance quality. Reporting and documenting findings, as well as communicating solutions, will be a critical part of the day-to-day duties.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies, process improvements, and compliance management
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining quality control processes in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction
  • Proficiency in auditing, reporting, and documentation of quality metrics and findings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Problem-solving and leadership skills to drive effective quality outcomes
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to construction and design practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
  • Certifications in Quality Management Systems (such as ISO 9001) are a plus
