We are hiring for a construction company as a Senior FM Cost Control Engineer

Job Summary:

Responsible for creating estimated budgets and cash flow plans for FM projects, monitoring project expenses, analyzing financial data, and preparing advanced reports and dashboards to ensure cost efficiency and economic control.

Job Responsibilities

  • Creating estimated budget and cash flow for FM projects
  • Monitoring purchase orders (PO), payment requests, and all project expenses
  • Performing financial and operational data analysis
  • Preparing monthly cost reports and dashboards using advanced tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.)
  • Developing and maintaining a resource tracking sheet for FM operations
  • Coordinating with all departments to gather required cost and operational data
  • Ensuring accuracy of cost records and documentation
  • Supporting forecasting, budget preparation, and variance analysis
  • Preparing cost KPIs and performance dashboards
  • Ensuring compliance with company financial policies and procedures
  • Communicating clearly and effectively in English (written & spoken)
