Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Facility Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of facility management projects, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction. Key tasks include coordinating maintenance activities, managing facility staff, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role also involves budget management, vendor negotiations, and client communication to deliver comprehensive facility management solutions.

Qualifications

  • Facility management and project management expertise
  • Experience in coordinating maintenance activities and managing facility staff
  • Strong budget management and vendor negotiation skills
  • Understanding of safety and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience in operating sophisticated management systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of delivering facility management projects successfully.
