Sr. Sales Manager
for one of our clients in the
Real Estate Development Sector,
located in Moqattam.

Role Description

  • Lead and manage the sales operations to achieve company targets and ensure sustainable revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's business objectives and market positioning.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • From 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in Sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Experience in Real Estate Development is a must.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales targets in large-scale residential or Commercial projects.
  • Deep understanding of real estate sales cycles, market segmentation, and lead conversion optimization.
  • Strong experience in team leadership, performance management, and talent development within dynamic sales environments.
  • Excellent command of negotiation, closing techniques, and customer relationship management.
