Sr Property Consultant
for one of our clients in the
Real Estate Development Sector,
located in Moqattam.

Role Description

  • Promote and sell real estate projects developed by the company to new and existing clients.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all project features, pricing, payment plans, and competitive advantages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and follow-up.
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects and converting them into confirmed sales.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • From 1 to 3 years of sales experience in the real estate development sector (MUST).
  • Proven track record in property sales, negotiations, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage high-value clients.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Moqattam or nearby residences are preferred.
