Real Estate Development
Sector located in
Moqattam
, Egypt.

Role Description

The
Senior Property Consultant
will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strong client relationships, and promoting the company's real estate projects with the highest level of professionalism.

This role requires a motivated sales professional with solid experience in real estate development, capable of understanding clients' needs, presenting suitable property solutions, and closing deals effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • From
    2
    to
    4
    years of solid experience in
    property sales
    within
    Real Estate Development
    Sector (
    MUST
    ).
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding
    sales targets
    in residential or commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and client behavior.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • very good command of English.
  • Moqattam or nearby residences are preferred.
