About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales, or investment consultancy and will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering expert property advice to meet client objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and expand a portfolio of clients, providing professional advice on property sales, acquisitions, leasing, and investments.Conduct market research, valuations, and feasibility studies to support client decision-making.Negotiate and close property transactions in line with company targets and client expectations.Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote listings and attract new clients.Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and proposals for clients and senior management.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, legal regulations, and industry developments.Mentor and guide junior consultants, contributing to team performance and professional development.Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, investors, and other stakeholders.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in property consultancy, sales, or real estate advisory.Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales.Strong understanding of property market dynamics and valuation principles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.Proficiency in CRM systems>Key CompetenciesStrategic thinking and commercial acumenHigh level of professionalism and integrityStrong presentation and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamResults-driven and client-focused mindsetBenefitsCompetitive salary with attractive commission and bonus structureCareer progression and professional development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentPlease send the updated CV via whatsapp: or email:-
